While we actively support fighting credit card fraud, FMBP has a zero-tolerance policy regarding credit card charge-backs. If you use a credit card to purchase FMBP products and/or services and then start a charge-back process regarding such a purchase, FMBP will immediately terminate your account AND your account and the credit card number you provided will be blacklisted in our systems. You can never again use that account and credit card with FMBP.
If you violate any provision of this Agreement, FMBP may terminate your account. If FMBP does terminate your account, we will send you an email stating that your account is being terminated and why it is being terminated to the email address you have listed in your account profile.
If we cannot amicably resolve any legal dispute or damage claim that should arise from your interactions with our Website and/or FMBP , you agree to resolve any such dispute or damage claim by arbitration. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item purchased in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full merchandise exchange, or issue return to your original credit card used for the purchase. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition.
Personalized, custom made, and other special order items are not refundable and are final sales. Items purchased on sale which do not fall under the categories mentioned above may be exchanged for different size or given a refund. Due to standard health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges of beds.
We will exchange a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment to you. In such a case and solely at our discretion, we may be responsible for the cost of the return shipment to us.
We are not responsible for any item that is lost in return shipment. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us. Upon your request and our receipt of the returned products, we will issue refunds for returned products. We will return payment, less shipping charges, to you within 30 days of your request. We will only refund payments in the manner in which they were made (i.e. if you paid with a credit card, the refund would be issued back to your credit card).
Returned carriers, strollers, and pet furniture, will receive refund less 10% restocking fee.
Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us and have your Customer Order Receipt available. We are available via email at email@example.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, and a number for each return/exchange, which is valid for 15 days from date of order delivery, and a return label in case we are responsible for the shipping costs. A valid RMA number must be included with your return and labeled clearly on your return package in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number. All returns must include customer receipt/original packing slip and completed return merchandise authorization (RMA) form. Please let us know on the RMA form if you wish to exchange for different size, different product, or refund back to your credit card from the original purchase.
If you wish to cancel part or your entire order after your credit card has been charged and the order has been processed but not shipped, you may be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees associated with your order.
Order processing generally takes 1-3 business days from time of order placement for items we have in stock. Custom, personalized, and special order items may take longer. Please refer to the individual product description for ordering processing times. Note that certain products we carry are made to order by the designer and may take 3-6 weeks. Sometimes order processing times may be delayed if one item is out of stock on your order. We will notify you if any unforeseen delays arise. No cash on delivery (COD) is accepted.
Orders shipped standard ground usually take 3-5 business days to deliver from the time we process and ship the goods.
Two Day shipped orders usually take 2 business days to deliver from the shipping date.
We will notify you of the additional charges, if any, prior to shipping your order.
UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL will be used at the sole discretion of For My Best Pal and our suppliers, when shipped directly from them. All items will be traceable for your protection.
Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you with your order tracking number which provides the status of your shipment and estimated date and time of delivery. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact the common carrier with your shipment or order tracking number to obtain delivery status on your order.
We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used to file a claim (information will be in your order confirmation email).
If the common carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, we will, upon return of the shipment to us, charge a 10% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. If you wish for us to resend your shipment, you will be charged additional shipping charges.
For My Best Pal shall automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax of 7% for orders to be delivered to addresses within Georgia, including state and local sales taxes. International customers are responsible for all applicable export taxes, custom fees,and other fees related to their order.
